The arrival of Ishant Sharma in the Indian Cricket Team has added new dimensions in the pace-bowling squad. However, its too premature to glorify his abilities with pompous epithets. Its true that India Team has always been devoid of real pace bowlers. The likes of Kapil Dev, Manoj Prabhakar and Chetan Sharma, to name a few, have rarely appeared in the Indian Team at regular intervals. Ishant Sharma: Let him emerge as a real bowler
If you take a glimpse into the career graph of a famous pace bowlers, you would come to notice that injuries have always acted as spoilsport. The ability of a pace bowler to rise above injuries alone determines his success.
Going by that standard, Ishant Sharma has to cover a long distance before being hailed as a real fast bowler. Let us remember the fact that unwanted popularity has always destroyed the career of emerging super hero!!
