There is no point in doubting the findings of Nanavati-Mehta Commission Report. It has arrived at them only after taking in account the versions of the eye-witnesses.Now raising hue and cry over the findings would only make the matter worse since it means placing the Commission in the dock. In other words, such dubious cross-examination makes mockery of the intentions of Nanavati-Mehta Commission. What if the findings would have come to blame Ramsevaks? I am sure such brutal cross-examination of the findings would certainly be missing !

P.S : To substantiate my viewpoint another article ” WHY ARE WE DOUBTING THE FINDINGS OF NANAVATI COMMISSION ? ” based on the issue raised in this article has been posted in the Newslink section.I request the readers to have a look at that article as well.
