AFRICAN -AMERICANS :CHASED BY PROBLEMS

The dark and ugly side of America's glitzy life is an eye-opener for those who believe that prosperity ensures well-being of people . Though the government has sanctioned $114 billion for rehabilitation schemes , one is still apprehensive about the future of African-Americans trapped in " privatised, gentrified, and militarised " world supported by the Americans .Well, only a better governance in New Orleans , which heeds to the problems of poor and marginalised people in a substantial way would prevent the US from the clutches of fatally severe guilt pangs .
