It's pity that rehabilitation works in quaqe affected parts of PoK is moving at snail's pace. However , let's not forget that destruction paves the way for new form of developments .One hopes Pakistan government takes all necessary steps to provide hapless victims of nature's fury a better standard of living as soon as possible . At least , this is an opportunity for both the governments ,India and Pakistan , to take note of patterns of relief -works involved to enable them to remove chink in the armour of their relief measures in times of natural crisis .
